Changing Sales Options

1. After selecting Sales Option, the Sales Options screen will appear with a set of command options:

• Change – Select Change to change the sales options default values.
• Forms – Select Forms to assign the header and footer logos (images), message fields, field fonts and formats, number of recipients, recipients names, and e-mail groups. Use this function to create the style of the printed customer price sheet. See Sales Options Forms and the Forms Manager setup for information about sales order forms.
• Exit – Select Exit to return to the main menu.

Select Change to change the sales options default values.

2. Use the arrow keys, Tab, or Enter key to navigate between fields. Modify as necessary and press Enter when done.

Note: See Sales Options for a list of field names and definitions.

3. Command options will appear; select Update. Your changes have now been saved.

Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
